Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu về khởi sự kinh doanh cho đến nay thường thiên nhiều về việc làm rõ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố tới dự định khởi sự kinh doanh, mà chưa có nhiều nghiên cứu về thành công trong khởi sự kinh doanh – yếu tố quyết định ý nghĩa của hoạt động khởi sự kinh doanh. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là nhằm xây dựng một mô hình nghiên cứu xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới thành công trong khởi sự kinh doanh của những doanh nhân. Đặc biệt, thành công trong khởi sự kinh doanh được luận giải trên cơ sở đánh giá sự thành công cả ở khía cạnh khách quan và chủ quan (trong dài hạn và ngắn hạn). Mô hình nghiên cứu này cho thấy môi trường thể chế, định hướng sáng nghiệp và các nguồn lực khởi sự có ảnh hưởng như thế nào tới sự thành công trong khởi sự kinh doanh của các doanh nhân Việt Nam. Dựa trên mô hình nghiên cứu đề xuất, bài viết này cũng đề xuất cách tiếp cận và phương hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo.
