Khác biệt về tiền lương, cơ hội việc làm, phúc lợi và điều kiện sống của lao động nhập cư và lao động bản địa: Trường hợp lao động tại các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa ở Việt Nam

Sự chênh lệch về điều kiện kinh tế - xã hội giữa lao động nhập cư và lao động bản địa là một vấn đề quan trọng. Do đó, việc nắm bắt được sự chênh lệch này trở nên cần thiết để từ đó có thể điều chỉnh các chính sách lao động và xã hội. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm xem xét sự khác biệt về tiền lương, cơ hội việc làm, phúc lợi và điều kiện sống giữa lao động nhập cư và lao động bản địa. Phương pháp so sánh điểm xu hướng và dữ liệu khảo sát người lao động làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa ở Việt Nam vào năm 2015 được sử dụng để phân tích thực nghiệm. Kết quả cho thấy có sự khác biệt về vị trí công việc và điều kiện sống giữa lao động nhập cư và lao động bản địa. Trong khi đó, không có sự khác biệt về tiền lương và phúc lợi giữa hai nhóm này. Dựa trên các kết quả tìm được, nghiên cứu này đề xuất các chính sách nhằm nâng cao phúc lợi cho nhóm lao động nhập cư.
