Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tác động của công nghệ thực tế ảo không nhập vai (non-immersive VR) YooLife đến ý định tham quan di sản văn hóa bảo tàng Lịch sử Quân đội Việt Nam. Mẫu nghiên cứu gồm 292 người dùng đã trải nghiệm ứng dụng YooLife. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy yếu tố trải nghiệm chân thực tác động tích cực đến phản ứng nhận thức và sự hài lòng với trải nghiệm VR. Nghiên cứu đóng góp về mặt lý thuyết khi mở rộng mô hình SOR vào bối cảnh du lịch di sản tại Việt Nam với công nghệ VR không nhập vai. Ngoài ra, tố phản ứng nhận thức đóng vai trò trung gian quan trọng trong việc hình thành sự gắn bó với VR và ý định ghé thăm điểm đến thật
