Ảnh hưởng của lãnh đạo chuyển đổi xanh đến đổi mới xanh: Vai trò trung gian của chia sẻ tri thức xanh và năng lực động xanh

Trong bối cảnh yêu cầu phát triển bền vững ngày càng gia tăng, đổi mới xanh được xem là yếu tố quan trọng giúp doanh nghiệp nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh và hướng tới tăng trưởng bền vững. Dựa trên quan điểm dựa trên nguồn lực tự nhiên (NRBV), nghiên cứu sử dụng dữ liệu khảo sát từ 302 doanh nghiệp chế biến, chế tạo tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và phân tích bằng PLS-SEM. Kết quả cho thấy lãnh đạo chuyển đổi xanh có tác động cùng chiều đến đổi mới xanh, đồng thời thúc đẩy chia sẻ tri thức xanh và năng lực động xanh. Bên cạnh đó, cả hai biến này đều đóng vai trò trung gian một phần trong mối quan hệ giữa lãnh đạo chuyển đổi xanh và đổi mới xanh. Nghiên cứu góp phần mở rộng quan điểm NRBV trong lĩnh vực đổi mới xanh, đồng thời cung cấp các hàm ý quản trị nhằm phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo, thúc đẩy chia sẻ tri thức và tăng cường năng lực động để nâng cao mức độ đổi mới xanh của doanh nghiệp.
