Ảnh hưởng của chất lượng thông tin đến cam kết của du khách đối với du lịch thiền: Vai trò trung gian của niềm tin và mối quan hệ thành viên cộng đồng

Nghiên cứu này phân tích cơ chế tác động của chất lượng thông tin đến cam kết của du khách đối với du lịch thiền thông qua vai trò trung gian của niềm tin và mối quan hệ thành viên cộng đồng. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng mô hình PLS-SEM để phân tích dữ liệu thu thập từ 324 du khách có trải nghiệm du lịch thiền tại Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy chất lượng thông tin có tác động tích cực đến niềm tin và mối quan hệ thành viên cộng đồng. Đồng thời, hai yếu tố này đóng vai trò trung gian thúc đẩy cam kết của du khách đối với du lịch thiền. Về thực tiễn, kết quả cung cấp cơ sở cho một cách tiếp cận quản trị tích hợp, trong đó tiêu chuẩn hóa chất lượng thông tin được kết hợp với xác thực nguồn, minh bạch nội dung và thiết kế tương tác giữa các thành viên nhằm hỗ trợ cam kết dài hạn của du khách đối với du lịch thiền.
