Tác động của hiệu quả vốn nhân lực và vai trò điều tiết của năng lực thể chế cấp tỉnh đến hiệu quả tài chính của các doanh nghiệp sản xuất niêm yết ở Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu này kiểm định vai trò điều tiết của năng lực thể chế cấp tỉnh (PCI) trong mối quan hệ giữa hiệu quả vốn nhân lực (HCE) và hiệu quả tài chính (FP) của các doanh nghiệp sản xuất niêm yết tại Việt Nam. Sử dụng dữ liệu bảng của 225 doanh nghiệp giai đoạn 2015-2024, nghiên cứu áp dụng mô hình Hiệu ứng Cố định (FEM) với biến trễ PCI (PCI_jt-1) và các kiểm định độ vững chặt chẽ. Kết quả khẳng định HCE có tác động tích cực đến FP, nhưng phát hiện cốt lõi là PCI đóng vai trò điều tiết tiêu cực, làm suy yếu mối quan hệ này, chủ yếu do áp lực từ chỉ số “Cạnh tranh bình đẳng” và “Tính minh bạch”. Kết quả này hàm ý rằng các nhà quản trị cần cân nhắc giữa lợi ích thể chế và áp lực cạnh tranh, trong khi các nhà hoạch định chính sách cần song hành cải thiện PCI với việc nâng cao năng lực nội tại cho doanh nghiệp.
