Vai trò của nguồn lực và năng lực đối với lợi thế cạnh tranh của trường đại học tư thục trên địa bàn thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Trước bối cảnh cạnh tranh giữa các trường đại học ngày càng gay gắt, nghiên cứu này xem xét tác động của nguồn lực và năng lực đến lợi thế cạnh tranh trong bối cảnh các trường đại học tư thục trên địa bàn thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả đánh giá thang đo và kiểm định giả thuyết từ việc phân tích 564 phiếu khảo sát sinh viên và cựu sinh viên xác nhận rằng các nguồn lực và năng lực đều tác động tích cực đến năng lực khác biệt và lợi thế cạnh tranh. Ngoài tác động trực tiếp đến lợi thế cạnh tranh, năng lực khác biệt còn có vai trò trung gian một phần quan trọng trong tác động của nguồn lực và năng lực đến lợi thế cạnh tranh của các trường đại học tư thục. Sau cùng, dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, các hàm ý được đưa ra nhằm nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của các trường đại học tư thục.
